Abstract(in English) | We investigated integrated DC-DC converter circuit that used switched capacitor circuit about switching frequency, width of channel, gate voltage. As a result of HSPICE simulation, it is shown that maximum output power is 606μW, maximum efficiency is 92.43% from 1kΩ to 10kΩ of load resistance. |
