Abstract(in English) A COMS analog front-end chip-set has been developed for high-speed mega-pixel CCD camcoders. A two chip architecture has been selected to realize low-power dissipation while preserving signal integrity during high-speed inter-board transmission. The chip-set consists of a correlated double sampler chip and a 10b analog-to-digital conveter chip with a programmable gain amplifier. The 0.35μm CMOS chip-set operates under a 2.8V single supply and consumes 115mW in total at 33MHz pixel rate, achieving 74dB SNR and 0.4LSB DNL.
