| 抄録(和) | 現行の国内携帯電話システム(PDC:Personal Digital Cellular)は、買い換え需要を中心とする成熟期に入っていると言える。一方では、さらに高度情報通信サービスの要求に応えるため次世代の携帯無線通信端末の開発がすすめられている。携帯電話端末の小型/軽量/低消費電力といった必須機能を実現するためにLSIやその他部品の開発においては最先端の技術を駆使した努力が払われている。ここでは携帯電話端末の推移につきLSI技術に焦点をあてて考察し、PDC向けに開発したベースバンドディジタル部のLSIを例にあげて集積化した機能・ブロック、その他緒言について述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | The present digital cellular system in Japan(PDC:Personal Digital Cellular)is in the market mainly driven by repeaters' demand. On the other hand, the next generation system is under development for the higher level data communications. The new technologies of electron devices like LSIs and other electric parts are used to make mobile phones small, light, and low power consumption. The changes of the mobile phones are considered focusing LSI technologies. The Baseband Digital LSIs developed for PDC systems are introduced. The functions, the block diagrams and the summery of the LSI are mentioned. |
