| Abstract(in English) | A Single CMOS SDH Termination Chip for STM-4c has been developed. A low power CMOS Mux, Demux that operate at 622 MHz are realized with the dual active Mux/Demux architecture.To confirm chip designs extensive circuit simulation on signal and power lines of the LSI package which covers a whole chip as well as an LSI package,has been carried out. |
