| Abstract(in English) | Integrated Memory Array Processor (IMAP),which has 2Mb BiCMOS SRAM and 64 × processor element (PE),is developed.The fabrication technology of IMAP is 0.55μm BiCMOS process and 11-million transis tors are integrated in 15.1 mm × 15.6mm area.IMAP shows the high m emory bus bandwidth of 1.28-GB, s and the superior performance of 3.84 GIPS at 40MHz,3.3V,4W operation. |
