Abstract(in English) This reports a series of prototype fabrication of integrated circuits intended for the FA-10G terrestrial longhaul optcal fiber transmission systems featuring their functions,performance,and power consumption.Some remaining issues are also reported.Power reduction has to be considered in digital signal processing part especially in the lower signal termination block,where many identical circuits are loaded.Analog circuits consume smaller amount power,thus power reduction is not so demanding.Analog circuits have to be enhanced in terms of its wide-bandwidth and low-noise performances.Whereas larger integrabon,versatilty,lower consumption,and high reliability should be important for the digital ones.
