Abstract(in English) A new wired-communication interface based on CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) is proposed. The new interface with low power dissipation and high noise tolerance drastically decreases interconnection numbers among LSIs. Conventional bus-lines are simply replaced with the new interfaces without difficulties. The interface was designed with O.6μmCMOS technology through VDEC.
