Abstract(in English) Analysis of the coplanar waveguide(CPW)circuits by use of the finite difference time domain(FDTD)method with the gradually varying space cell size is described. The rediation Q and the resonant frequency of a CPW resonator are studied. The external Q of a CPW resonator coupling with an external circuit is discussed. The field distribution in the CPW transmission line for the microwave frequency is also calculated.
