Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes non-volatile analog memory circuits using pulse-width modulation (PWM) write pulses. The conventional analog memory has a trade-off between programming speed and precision because of the constant width of the write pulse. In our circuits, we realize analog memory with both fast programming 8<100μs), high resolution (~11 bits), and high precision (6 bits). The simulation results using HSPICE are also shown.
