Abstract(in English) Novel reconfigurable logic architecture has been proposed dedicated to mobile computing. The architecture utilizes Ferroelectric Non-volatile Memory (FeRAM) as context memory of recongifurable array elements, and offers extremely fast re-construction of logic configuration from power-off standby state. A number of experimental results is also shown indicating that the proposed reconfigurable logic can achieve higher performance than conventional reconfigurable logic architectures.
