Abstract(in English) | We have developed a thick film resistor system for low thermal expansion LTCC substrate without using the hazardous materials lead(Pb), nickel(Ni)and cadmium(Cd). The main properties of our resistor system are as follows. ・Sheet Resistivity 10Ω/sq. -500KΩ/sq.・TCR less than ±100 ppm/℃ ・Temperature Cycle Stability less than 0.5% after 1000 cycles ・High Temp.High Humidity Storage Stability less than 0.5% after 1000 hours This resistor system is now used for automobile application which requires high reliability and is also used in the telecommunication field. |
