| Abstract(in English) | A single-chip MPEG1 video and audio decoder μPD61010 has been developed. It controls audio and video decoding start timings according to the SCR and the PTS within the MPEG1 system bitstream. During video playback, it adjusts audio-video synchronization by skipping one picture or repeating the previous picture display. On the frame-rate conversion, it analyzes the PTS according to the frame-rate within the video bitstream. So, it achieves the precise audio-video synchronization on the frame-rate conversion. |
