Abstract(in English) A 576 leads multilayered ceramic quad flat package(C-QFP)for high speed and high power consumption logic LSIs has been developed,and the electrical properties of the QFP have been evaluated.Further,the upper limits clock frequency and power consumption of LSI mountable to the QFP were estimated with the electrical measurements and the computer simulations. The signal lines are limitted by the reverse cross talk,which is about 17% for the rise time of 200ps.The switching noise was evaluated with computer simulation for the CMOS logic LSI of the clock frequency of 200MHz,and the upper limit of the power consumption of LSIs is estimated about 13W,when the noise tolerance is 20% of the full swing voltage.
