Abstract(in English) | A 2, 3 inch 400k pixel Frame Interline Transfer CCD overlaid with amorphous silicon photoconversion layer utiliges bias-charge injection to suppress image sticking below the ditection limit 20th field after 10,000x times standard incident illumination. The sensor achieves an fixed pattern noise of 30 electrons_p-p> at 60℃ with 0.6V reverse biased storage diode. |
