Abstract(in English) | We have developed a Laser-Detector-Hologram Unit integrated with I-V amplifiers and a Built-in Micromirror, and established the silicon process that is integrated bipolar amplifiers with a built-in 45 deg micromirror for reflecting the LD beam toward the direction perpendicular to the chip surface. Integration of laser diode and I-V amplifiers has been achieved by eliminating influence of stray beam incident on a Si surface. As a result, low noise, high speed Laser-Detector-Hologram unit has been realized. |
