| 抄録(和) | 21世紀初頭のVLSIアーキテクチャは一体どのようなものになっているのだろうか?半導体技術の進歩をバネにして, VLSIはアプリケーション面およびアーキテクチャ面で新しい局面を迎えようとしている. 本講演ではアプリケーションの将来像およびそれらがVLSIに対して課す要求を整理した上で, 21世紀初頭のVLSIのビジネス・モデル, 構成法, そしてアーキテクチャが満たすべき要件について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | What will VLSI architectures in the 21st century look like? Thanks to the inexorable pace of semiconductor advancements, it is inevitable to see some big changes in both of VLSI applications and architectures. This talk will try to give a vision on those VLSI applications and their demands on VLSI architectures, and then to discuss the directions of the future VLSI's business models, design methodology, and architectures. |
