Abstract(in English) This report describes an application of modeling devices with an AHDL(ANalog Hardware Description Language) to ASSIST (Assistant System for SImulation STudy). ASSIST provides an environment where a variety of circuit simulators are developed using the libraries programmed in C language. In order to develop a circuit simulator, a variety of functions defined in ASSIST must be known well when the device models are programmed. Thus we have developed a system which converts MAST AHDL templates into the model functions programmed in C with ASSIST functions or into HAL. This system enables modeling and evaluation of devices without the knowledge of ASSIST.
