Abstract(in English) We have fabricated +3.3V supply voltage analog frontend IC's for 155.52 Mbps burst mode optical tranceiver modules on ATM-PON systems. A high laud/soft ratio of 27.4 dB was obtained by reducing photodiode tail current with a new compensation circuit. We think adjustment free-analog CMOS IC's are the key to mass production of low cost optical tranceiver modules.
