| Abstract(in English) | Recent experimental multimedia(MM) service trials will make some of them real commercial services in the first decades of the 21st centtury. These services will be supported by evolutional fundamental key technologies such as image compression, high-speed digital transmission, security, and agent communication. Main technologies and some application services like Electric Commerce(EC) or Video on Demand(VOD) will be explained in this presentaion followed by requirements to device technologies. |
