| Abstract(in English) | We computer and electronics engineers will be getting some advanced technologies such as (1)ultra integration of transistors (from tens through hundreds of million-transistors) on single chips, (2)merged DRAM/logic LSI technology, and (3)system-on-silicon technology How will these improvements of semiconductor technology affect the future of VLSI processors and system LSIs? In this panel discussion, we have three distinguished specialists on this area as the panelists and will discuss several significant issues which will be facing at the VLSI processors and system LSIs of the future. |
