Abstract(in English) | We fabricated straight and zigzag quantum dot-arrays on GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures by using electron beam lithography and chemical wet etching, and studied their transport properties. We especially focus on geometrical dependence of the conductance through the quantum dot-arrays. |
