| Abstract(in English) | We have developed a 64Kw x 16b , metal mask programmable.Die size is 6.2mm x 12.02mm,Memory cell size is 3.2μ m x 5.8μ m. The operation frequency is 100MHz for a 3.3V± 0.3V Supply Voltag e.In order to achieve such highspeed access time,we reduced parasitic resistance and capacitance for the read-data-bus and optimized the inner control signal line and driver layout. |
