Abstract(in English) The low power 3M bits FRAM having twin-triple-ports configuration has been developed.The 3M FRAM is suitable for audio- visual applications such as digital video cameras,VTRs and multimedia applications.The 3M FRAM has two banks for systems which control Y, C separation signals;one bank having about 2M bits capacity is for Y signals and another bank having about 1M bits capacity is for C signals. The 3M FRAM has one write port and four read ports:the ports are controlled asynchronously.Random initial bit address set operations and address reset control functions help skillful picture techniques on screen such as time-base correction,noise reduction and others.
