Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An automatic simulation system has been developed to analyze automatically basic electric characteristics of CCD image sensor from a process simulation result. By using this system, the total operation and simulation time for device designer with an unfamiliar device simulation has been reduced to about 1/10. Since the system can be performed a detailed device design quickly in the initial stage of development, high performance CCD image sensor can be realized in a short period of time.
