Abstract(in English)	We posed intransitive-suffix RAR, RE and transitive-suffix SAS, SE for Japanese verbs. We examined so called 'paired verbs' and determined that some of verbs which are supposed to be transitive verbs are contract form of causative construction. We also determined some of transitive verbs share the same form with contract form of causative construction, functioning two ways. We proposed tow categories of verb i.e. causative verb and non-causative verb, incorporating what is called 'reflexive verb' as 'reflexive causative verb' and what is called 'spontaneous verb' as 'non-causative verb.'
