| 抄録(和) | NN法のプロトタイプに重みを加えるとともに、プロトタイプ間の反応という考えを取り入れた、簡単な概念生成方法を提案した。従来のNN法を概念生成方法としてみたとき、はじめにプロトタイプを与える必要があり、それらプロトタイプを削減する場合には、多量の計算が必要であった。提案の方法においては、入力イメージをプロトタイプとして用いることや、プロトタイプ間の反応(確率的な併合方法)により、新しいプロトタイプの生成を可能としている。多様なプロトタイプが生成されるが、不要なものは淘汰され、有用なもののみが、重みの増加によりカバー領域が拡大されて残存する。シミュレーションにより、これらの特性を明らかにした。 |
| 抄録(英) | A simple concept formation method based on pattern recognition system using modified NNR (Nearest Neighbor Rule) was investigated. As a concept formation method, preceding NNR has following problems. All prototypes have to be shown in the feature plane initially and merging algorithm of large number of prototypes is too complex. In our method, input images become prototypes and moreover new prototypes are generated from old prototypes based on simple stochastic merging process called autonomous reaction. Under dynamical buffering operation, weights of effective prototypes become large,and non-effective prototypes fade away. The results of the computer simulation showed that effective prototypes are generated and selected based on our method. |
