Abstract(in English) | A multi-channel EEG data acquisition and analysis system is presented. The system is aimed for research on higher order cognitive function, especially on thinking and linguistic activity. With the system, one can analyze (including coherence analysis) and visualize EEG data as several formats. In this paper, the recognition process for Japanese sentence is analysed by coherence analysys. The rusults suggest that right frontal region of human brain is activated and cooperated with other regions for unexpected stimuli. |
