Abstract(in English) In Japanese sentences of the form[N_1 no Adj/AdjNN_2], the adjective or adjectival noun can modify either N_1 or N_2. This paper describes a method to determine adjectival or adjectival noun dependencies in such constructions, via dependency criteria and corpus statistics. Based on evaluation, our method is able to determe in adjective dependencies with an accuracy of about 90%.
