Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We present a method for generating legal sentences from logical expressions which adopt logical formura as the representative framework. The generation process id divited into two phases: the first one is to convert a logical formula into a linguistic expression and the second is to rearrange the linguistic construction. The first phase consists of subprocesses of expantion of logical predicates, expantion of logical relationsips and inference of legal objects. The Second phase consists of identification of co-references, generation of inflections and insertion of commas. Since the generation process applies the legal controlled linguistic model, it generates sentences flavored with legal sentences.
