| Abstract(in English) | A thesaurus based on the semantic relation such as superordinate- subordinate or part-whole relations is very important for natural language processing,which is an approximate model of common sence. We have been studing the thesaurus constructon from on-line Japanese language dictionary.In this paper,we deals with two problems occurring in our thesaurus construction.One is the exsitence of the maximal words(concepts)in the thesaurus which have no connection with the superordinate words,and the other is the shortage of the words-pairs of part-whole relation.In response of the first problem,this paper explains how to assign the superordinate words to the maximal words by using the synonymous words,and as for second problem,discusses how to deduce the new words-pairs of part-whole relation from the given words-pairs of part-whole and others relations. |
