Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Our attempt is to contruct the bidirectional translation system between JSL and Japanese. The final dictinary should contain morphological and phonological data to explain the linguistic structure of JSL and Japanese. This report examines the notational system to describe the JSL.In the beginning,we discuss the general idea of the construction of the JSL Computer Dictionary. We propose our hypothetical morphological model of the JSL morphemic structure, and our phonetic notational system to describe the articulation of JSL phoneme, applyingits hierarchical morphological struture. We verified the hypotheis with the data called the basic JSL signs by Kanda(1990).
