Abstract(in English) This paper presents a translator from stories written in natural language into computer animations.Most attention is paid to making animations from the descriptions of events and inter-event temporal relations.By using actors capable of estimating durations of their actions,our system converts the descriptions of events and temporal relations into the sets of estimation functions(objective functions)and equality, inequality constraints. The optimal schedules for animations are thus obtained by solving the nonlinear(convex quadratic)programming problems.
