Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a plan-based model of incremental utterance production in real-time dialogue. This model produces utterances incrementally under time constraint to propose the solution of a given problem, while solving the problem. This model has the advantage that it starts to utter even when the solution is partially determined, (2) it performs utterances in small units of speech by utilizing the discourse structures characteristic of real-time dialogues, (3) it utters incrementally without losing the relevance of utterances by utilizing pragmatic constraints. The model is verified by an utterance simulation experiment.
