Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A plan-parsing algorithm is proposed that handles the effects and preconditions of actions and that parses plan is in a manner dependent on dialogue state changes, especially on the mental state changes of dialogue participants caused by dialogue utterances. The algorithm, for instance, treats action-enabling actions, and action descriptions in terms of their effects, and makes interpretation according to the initial state and effects of preceding actions. The algorithm is based on active chart parsing because its agenda mechanism allows flexible control strategies. The algorithm uses augmented edge structures to keep state information locally and time map management to deal with state changes. The algorithm has been implemented in Sicstus Prolog and is used for plan recognition in dialogues.
