Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Studying anaphoric words in Chinese makes clear the information about their corresponding words the same as in Japanese. In this paper, the anaphoric phenomena in Chinese are studied and classified. Based on the result, the anaphoric phenomena of pronouns in Chinese sentences are classified, and 5 basic anaphoric types are selected. 23 syntactic patterns are proposed based on these types. Matching 5 anaphoric types and 23 syntactic patterns makes possible the anaphoric reference identification for third personal pronouns in Chinese.
