Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed a new retrieval method of relevant newspaper articles. Our method is based on word weighting, and it has two points: (a) A word has high weight if it rarely occurs over last one year newspaper articles, (b) A word has high weight if its position is former line in the article. We retrieve relevant articles which are contained in all 2 weeks articles after the newspaper contains the original article. As a result, our method's precision score is 96%, and its recall score is 66%.
