| 抄録(和) | 本報告では, 仮想的な並列計算機であるPCクラスタを用いた階層型ニューラルネットワーク(階層型NN)の分散型学習法を提案する.提案する分散型学習法では, クラスタリング手法の考え方に基づいて, 対象とする学習データを複数の階層型NN対して分散することにより, 各階層型NNにおける学習負荷を分散するとともに, 階層型NN群としての学習能力の改善を図る.さらに, 各階層型NNにおける出力を統合化するための階層型NNを後置することにより, 汎化能力の改善を図る.最後に, 提案する分散型学習法をパターン分類問題へ適用し, 各階層型NNの学習能力に対応して学習負荷が分散されることを具体的に示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In this report, a distributed learning algorithm of multi-layered neural networks(NNs)is newly proposed using a PC cluster. In the proposed distributed learning algorithm, the learning data is distributed among the group of NNs based on the idea in the clustering method. Then the proposed learning algorithm has the following functions : (i)the decentralization of the learning load in each NN, (ii)the improvement of the learning ability in the group of NNs. Next, a neural network for the integration of the response of each NN is introduced for the purpose of the improvement of the generalization ability. Finally, the proposed learning algorithm is applied to the pattern classification problems and it is shown that the proposed learning algorithm can distribute the learning load according to the learning ability of each NN. |
