| 抄録(和) | 学習システムは, 環境中の莫大な情報からどのようにして有用な情報を抽出して学習するのかが, 大きな問題となっている. 旧来, ニューラルネットのような学習システムでは, その抽出はシステム設計者によってなされてきた. しかし, 実世界は非常に多くの事象が複雑に絡み合っているので, 設計者による抽出は大変難しい問題である. そこで我々は, 入力次元の重みを変えられる感度可変型LVQを用いて, 有用な情報を自動的に獲得する学習システムの構築を目指す. そして, その学習システムの有効性をコンピュータシミュレーションによって示す. |
| 抄録(英) | Almost all of the conventional learning systems are designed to learn signals from a single data-source. However, in real world, the high dimensional inputs given to the learning system include several data-sources. The high-dimensional inputs are varied by the combination of those signal sources, each of which yields its own signals independently. This means that there are a large number of variation in the inputs. Therefore, if we apply the conventional learning methods for the learning of such inputs, the learning system cannot memorize all of them quantization method, which deceomposes independent data-sources and learns each data-source separately. In the new method, the LVQ dose not memorize the combination of the signals from the data-sourecs, so that the system memorizes them using a small amount of resources. |
