Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the macaque MST area, there are several groups of cells which respond specifically to visual flow. We recorder their responses using "three dimensional visual flow" which contained a gradient in [speed, texture-size, texture-density] in the field motion stimulus displayed on CRT screen, and discuss their functional role for perception of real visual flow.
