Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The hippocampus plays a very important role in temporal storage of memory. Since the capacity of the hippocampus is much smaller than the cortex, that is a need to delete unneccessary information. We focus on the fact that the theta phase relationship in hippocampus is switched before and after learning. We show that by the interaction of theta phase sfiht and STDP(spike-timing-dependent plasticity), it is possible to embed and also delete patterns in a simple neural network model.
