| 抄録(和) | 本論文では, 計算時間的に効率良く追加学習を行なうために, 追加学習以前の神経回路網の出力関数と学習によって更新された神経回路網の出力関数との重み付き2乗ノルムを重み付き干渉量と定義する.そして, 誤差関数にこの重み付き干渉量を足し合わせた関数を評価関数とし, これを極小化するように学習を行うことにより, 忘却を抑制しながら効率良く追加学習を行なう方法を提案する.特に本論文では, 更なる計算効率の改善を目指し, 追加学習を行なう際に学習に影響を及ぼさない細胞を固定する事により, より計算効率の良い追加学習法の提案を行なう. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper proposes new incremental learning methods of generalized radial basis function(GRBF). We define a weighted magnitude of interference as the weighted norm of the distance between the output functions before learning and the one after learning. During the learning phase, the GRBF modifies its parameters set as to minimize an objective function described by the sum of an error function and the weighted magnitude of interference. In this paper, we proposes a method for reducing the computational complexiy of the incremental learning method using weighted magnitude of interference. |
