| 抄録(和) | 本研究では、画像より抽出される数値的情報を用いて、ニューラルネットワークにより画像を分類する際に問題に内在するルールの抽出および結果の信頼度の数値化を目標としている。そこで、ニューラルネットワークの学習動作の中で、各クラス毎の中間層の値がそれぞれ直交するよう、誤差関数に評価項を付加して荷重更新則を制御することにより、中間層の活性状態が各クラス毎に明確化されルール抽出に有効な状態となることを示し、また初期の学習における学習速度の点についても中間層の値に対する評価項が効果を表すことを示した。更に、分散型のニューラルネットワークを提案し、Dempster-Shaferの確率理論に基づいて分類結果の信頼度に対する考察を行った。また処理の一例としてSPECT画像から脳の疾患を分類する作業での適用を試みた。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we aim at extraction of rules and the degree of trust in the results, which are inherent in image classification tasks by a neural-network. Then, in order that output vectors in the hidden layer being orthogonal, we append a penalty term to energy function for the neural-network learning. As a result, the output vectors of a class in the hidden layer are clearly different from those of other classes, being effective in extraction of rules. And at the beginning of learning, the penalty term with respect to the hidden layer increases the learnig speed of the neural-network. Futhermore, we propose a distributed neural-network, to consider the degree of trust in the classifying result, based on Dempster-Shafer Probabilities. Finally, we applied the above method for automatically diagnosing the brain disfunctions from SPECT images. |
