Abstract(in English) We proposed a Plastic Memory Model which has the ability to memorize new information which is given to the network. The training phase and the recognition phase of this model are not separated. In the training phase, when a new information is given the previous memory of the network will be activated, and only the difference between past and future information is being trained which lead an efficient training
