Abstract(in English) This paper discusses the proposal of an image retrieval method based on image feature extraction by discrete wavelet and discrete cosine transforms, and discrimination between expected images and unexpected images by a multi-layer neural network. Moreover, we present and discuss results of simulations for verifcation of the efficiency of our method.
