Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we examined condition that the standard deviation of spike timing is reproduced under 1ms for fluctuating current in Mainen's electric physiologycal experiment, with Hodgkin-Huxley equation cell model. The result were as follows: 1)We reproduced the experiment's result that there's reliability of spike timing for fluctuating current and that there's for constant current by computer simulation. 2)We showed that gap of spike timing caused by difference of resting potentiol for fluctuating current is smaller than that for constant current.
