Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed a neural model consisted of several simple cortical cells:the cells belong to the same hyper-column and are mutually connected with excitatory or inhibitory synapses.Recieving nonlagged, lagged LGB afferents, the cells had spatiotemporally 'in separable' receptive fields, whose spatial profiles at a given time were approximated with Gabor functions. The cells also showed direction selectivities.
