Abstract(in English) | The resolution of the retina is very high at the fovea,but rapidly decreases with the eccentricity.Many models for eye movement have already been proposed based on the non-uniform retina,but most of them neglect the non-uniformity of the receptive fields of the cells in the visual cortex.This paper offers a model of eye movement based on non-uniformity of both retina and cortex. The model also contains a mechanism to integrate visual information obtained by the scanning eye movement. |
