| 抄録(和) | ニューラルネットを用いて時系列信号のシステム同定を行い,同定終了後のニューラルネットが近似する非線形関数を用いて,観測雑音に乱された信号からシステムの状態を推定する拡張Kalmanフィルタを構成する方法を示した.本方法は,ニューラルネットが学習によって近似する非線形関数とその微分値を用いてフィルタの一段予測値およびKalmanゲインを導出するものである.画像データより得られる時系列信号のシステム同定およびフィルタリング処理を行った結果,提案する手法の有効性が示された. |
| 抄録(英) | We propose a new method of constructing the extended Kalman filter using the neural network which was used the system identification of the nonlinear system.The extended Kalman filter which are approximately linearized filter for the nonlinear system. First,neural network identify the nonlinear system.Second,after training the network and finished the system identification,the extended Kalman filter is constructed using the network.The extended Kalman filter with neural network is applied to the image processing.Simulation results show that the new system has good performance of the system idenfication and filtering for the image signals. |
