Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a learning method of nonlinear input-output relation of unknown objects by neural network with considering their smoothness.Since in many of real learning problems, not only input-output relations of the object but also their smoothness are geiven as learning data, both the input-output relation and its smoothness should be learned. The adjoint neural networks for the original neural network are introduced in order to derive the efficient algorithm.Proposed method can learn the input-output relation of the object and its smoothness at the same time efficiently.Furthermore,it is shown that by learning smoothness, fewer set of learning data can realize sufficient learning accuracy
