| 抄録(和) | 信号処理の分野において,ノイズに埋もれたサイン信号の周波数の推定は重相な問題である.これまで最尤推定法,最大エントロピー法,Prony法,Pisarenko法,ノッチフィルタを用いた方法など多くの推定手法が提案されている.特に最近のニューラルネットワーク研究のブームもありNeural Network(NN)の学習方法を利用した手法も提案されている.我々はこれまでNNの一種であるボルツマンマシンの学習方法であるSimulated Annearingを利用した周波数と位相の推定方法を新たに検討してきた.本手法をPisarenko法と組み合わせることによりより高精度の推定が可能になることを確認した.この手法の基本的統計特性をシミュレーションを用いて調べたので,その結果を報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | Estimating the frequency of a sinusoid contaminated by an additive noise is of essential importance in many signal processing applications.So far,a lot of estimation methods have been developed in the literature such as the Maximum Likelihood(ML) method,Maximun Entropy Method(MEM),Prony method,Pisarendo method, method using the notch filtering technique,and so forth. Particularly,new approaches using the Neural-Network(NN)leaning algorithms have recently been proposed for the related problems.In this paper,we propose a new NN-based method estimating both the frequency and phase of a sinusoid buried in noise.This method utilizes the simulated annealing,a leaning method for the Boltzmann machine.It is found that combining this method with the Pisarenko one generally results in a significant improvement in the estimation accurancy.Extensive simulation results of the fundamental statistical properties of the proposed method are reported in comparison with the well-known Pisarenko method. |
